| If Your Using Norton AntiVirus Please Read |
| You will need to adjust your settings or you won't beable to access the members section. Just turn off the Browser Privacy preference in Norton and the members section will work fine. To do this only takes 20 seconds and the easy steps are below.... 1. In the main window of Norton AntiVirus, double-click Privacy Control. 2. In the Privacy Control window, in the Privacy Control settings from the drop-down list, select the account that you want to change. 3. Click Custom Level. | No Authorization Errors, Can't See Videos & Videos Won't Play |
| If you are having any problems accessing any of the videos, live chat etc. this is 99% of the time due to settings in your browser. Make sure you are accepting all cookies in your browsers settings. To do this go to tools then internet options then click on the privacy tab and click on default. You should have your privacy setting set to medium which is default or lower. Then click on advanced and you will see at the top it says override automatic cookie handling this should be checked and also select accept 1st and 3rd party cookies. Click ok and then ok again. Reload the page and see if that helps. If that does not work you also might want to try to delete internet files, cookies, restart your computer and try again. Also some virus scan programs cause problems viewing the site. Try to disable your virus scan or allow our site in your options and see if that helps. We have tested our sites on as many browsers and operating systems as possible and all the sites work fine except Mac's there is some problems with some of the live video and streaming video feeds.
